Thank you for taking a few minutes to respond to this survey! In this lengthy season of isolation we hope this survey will help us to know better how to stay connected and on mission as a church called to Seek God, Celebrate Community, and Serve the World at all times and in all things!

It will be at least several more weeks, and possible longer, before we are able to return to gathered worship. The safety of our people is of utmost importance, and a plan will be in place prior to any level of gathering with that in mind. That said, it would be helpful to know how our people are feeling about returning to worship. Please indicate which is closest to your thoughts at this time:

I will not be returning to any form of gathered worship in the foreseeable future. I will return to worship only after a vaccine is developed for COVID-19. I may return to worship, but with limited group size, mandatory masks, no contact, and thorough sanitizing of the building. I will return to worship with no limitations on group size, with masks recommended, and hand sanitizer available. I will return to worship, and will trust whatever protocols our leaders require for participation. I will return to worship without any recommendations or restrictions - as before COVID-19.
